Double Chocoalte Brownie Mix: organic coconut sugar, organic date powder, sorghum flour, organic chia seed powder, organic cocoa powder, organic cacao powder, tapioca starch, sweet potato powder, beetroot powder, sea salt, baking powder.

All you need to do is add water!

• 1/2 cup mix + 1/2 cup water = 4 Pancakes

If you're looking for more protein or want to use an egg, you can also include an egg!

• 1/2 cup mix + 1/4 cup water +1 egg = 4 Pancakes

Cooking tips:

• Don't over-mix your batter...a few lumps are a-okay!
• The best pan to cook otherworld pancakes is a non-stick pan or a griddle. The proper cookware will help make your pancakes easy to flip and cook evenly on both sides.
• We recommend cooking your pancakes at 350 degrees (medium heat) and for at least three minutes on each side.
• Remember to let your pan heat up before adding the batter to the pan and to let your pancakes cool before eating.
• On vacation without a measuring cup? No problem. Otherworld pancakes are made with equal parts mix and water.

• Combine 1/2 cup mix + 1/2 cup water + 2 tbsp of oil in a bowl
• Cook according to waffle maker instructions.

There are a variety of waffle makers on the market, but our favorites are the Dash Mini Waffle Maker and the Dash Multi Mini Waffles Maker. Otherworld™ waffles are the perfect combination of crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

• Preheat oven to 375 ° F
• Grease pan or line with non-stick parchment paper
• Combine 3/4 cup water + 2tbsp of water + 2/3 cup oil + all brownie mix in a bowl
• For 9x9 pan: Bake at 375° for 24-27 minutes
• For 8x8 pan: Bake at 375° for 26-28 minutes
• Let cool before enjoying!

Pro tip: we recommend a neutral oil such as grapeseed, vegetable or canola oil. You can also use applesauce or a mashed banana instead of oil!

While not a standard keto product, Otherworld products can fit into a Keto diet if planned strategically. A standard keto diet allows for 5-10% of daily calories to come from carbohydrates. The net carbohydrates of our Original recipe are 18 grams (22 total carbs - 4 grams of fiber) which is 72 calories. One serving (two pancakes) of 18 grams of net carbs would be 4% of a 1,800 calorie diet or 3.6% of a 2,000 calorie diet. Meaning one serving of Otherworld pancakes would fit and still leave you some wiggle room! Top with some grass fed butter, nuts and enjoy with your favorite keto friendly syrup!

Yes! Our products are made with whole grains, which have shown to be beneficial for those living with diabetes. Compared to refined grains, whole grains naturally provide more protein and fiber. These essential nutrients help slow the absorption of food, preventing blood sugar spikes. For those that count carbs, our mixes contain only 16-18 net grams of carbs per serving and contain no added sugar!
