Refund Policy

Please email our Customer Happiness team at hello@eatotherworld.com to initiate a return.

Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified and this may prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an improper address due to failure to contact us for return information are not our responsibility to refund or reship. Please follow exact directions provided by our customer service team in order for your refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.

We do not accept returns of opened product for a refund.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY: We will accept returns of unopened product(s) for a refund if the request is initiated and approved within 30 days from the purchase date.

If the return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label. You will need to print and mail the package back to us. Once the package is received, we will process your refund, minus the cost of the return shipping label.

PLEASE NOTE: All return labels are calculated individually and will be deducted from your refund, if your return is approved.

Otherworld is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by a customer online. Duplicate orders are subject to all of the guidelines laid out in the Return Policy.

Refused shipments/packages have been known to get lost in the return process and may not be returned to us. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.

Any products that has been opened or has a broken seal cannot be returned. Items returned to us after 30 days of the initial purchase date and/or without contacting Otherworld prior to the return, will NOT be refunded.
