Taste Great, not a great value

Made our first batch of pancakes this morning and really enjoyed them! They had a nice (slightly unique in a good way) taste and an enjoyable texture (soft and fluffy, a little moist - just like a good pancake). Only complaint is you don’t get much out of a bag. It says you can make 16 pancakes but we followed the instructions for half the bag (so expected 8) and got 3 pancakes of a 3-4inch diameter (so not big). So you’re looking at a dollar per small pancake. Nice to have as a healthy treat from time to time but too expensive to enjoy more than that.
