Waffle fanatics

My husband and I love waffles and when we start Weight Watchers we assumed we would not be eating waffles for a long time. However, Weight Watchers suggested Otherworldly Pancake mix so we tried it. This is what we will use to make waffles for the rest of our lives. Literally. It is delicious and we can’t imagine going back to our old mix. We do add one tablespoon of Splenda to the mix because neither of us use syrup so that adds just the right sweetness to it for us. But we wholeheartedly recommend this product to any waffle fanatics out there.

Pancakes are great, brownies not so much

The pancakes are delicious, but you need to add more water then recipe calls for. The brownies have a very strange taste, and I would not recommend.
