Gingersnap Waffles

Gingersnap Waffles

A little spicy and a little sweet, these gingersnap waffles are a holiday classic. 

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 4 x 4” waffles



For the waffles:

  • ⅔ cup otherworld Apple Cinnamon pancake & waffle mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • ¼ tsp grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp molasses
  • ½ tsp orange zest


For the waffles:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until just combined. Cook on a hot waffle iron for 4-5 minutes, or until waffles are crisp and easily release from the iron. Top with vegan butter and a drizzle of molasses.
