Gingersnap Waffles

A little spicy and a little sweet, these gingersnap waffles are a holiday classic.

Servings: 4 x 4” waffles
Ingredients:
For the waffles:
- ⅔ cup otherworld Apple Cinnamon pancake & waffle mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- ¼ tsp grated nutmeg
- 1 tsp molasses
- ½ tsp orange zest
Directions:
For the waffles:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until just combined. Cook on a hot waffle iron for 4-5 minutes, or until waffles are crisp and easily release from the iron. Top with vegan butter and a drizzle of molasses.
