Ingredients:
For the waffles:
- ⅔ cup Otherworld Banana Chocolate chip pancake mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest

- 1 ½ tbs vegan butter, cold
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt

Directions:
For the waffles:

For the walnut crumble:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Combine all the crumble ingredients in a small bowl and use your fingers to mix everything together, taking care to break up the butter chunks. Scatter the crumble on the baking sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Let the crumble cool, then break up with your fingers.
